Dr. Ali Morelli
I completed my undergraduate degree at The University of Western Ontario in medical sciences. After this, I completed a Master of Science at SickKids Hospital, University of Toronto. I went to medical school at UofT and quickly learned I loved all areas of medicine, but found a strong passion for
delivering babies! This led me to choose family medicine for
residency and I completed this and extra training in low risk
obstetrics through UofT at the Credit Valley Site.
PIPC is part of the reason for our family moving to Peterborough in 2019 - the model is unique and wonderfully comprehensive for patients. It is truly a pleasure and a privilege to have the opportunity to work along incredibly caring colleagues and in an environment that offers so much support for patients from a diverse and talented team! We feel so welcomed by the community here and are very proud to now call Peterborough home. Apart from PIPC I have a passion for palliative medicine and do full time hospital and community palliative care. I have a part time family medicine practice as well. Outside of medicine, I am a mother of two young boys, and my favourite sport is chasing one while the other is running in the opposite direction! We love to travel and try new things!
